Our volunteers at Bay are Heroes, they are truly the force behind everything that takes place here on the weekend and during the week . We understand that many people look at the size of Bay Community and think they can’t possibly make a difference, the truth is you can. God’s vision for this church is to connect, renew and grow all people in Christ. We cannot fulfill that vision without our volunteers. Everyone can make a difference, and that includes you. God is changing hundreds of lives every week at Bay Community, and behind every changed life are the faces of our volunteers. Whether it’s helping guests find a great parking spot, holding an infant, operating stage lights or anything in between, our volunteers are connectors to the power of Christ. There is simply no greater joy than to know you are used by God in a way that makes an eternal impact on others. + Guest Services
First impressions are important. That’s why we at Bay Community value our Guest Services Team. Want to be part of the team that leaves a lasting impression on our guests and members every week? Whether you want to have one-on-one conversation with guests, just offer a friendly handshake, or assist guests in finding a prime parking spot…Guest Services is the place for you!
+ Creative & Technical Arts
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and value excellence? Like the thoughts of working “behind-the-scenes” to help create a smooth-running worship experience each week? Production offers both technical and non-technical opportunities.
+ Care & Outreach
There are a variety of ways for you to get involved and make an impact in our community each week. Whether you want to feed the homeless, visit nursing homes, be involved in a prison worship service or lead a Bible study in a recovery facility we have a place for you.
+ Groups & Classes
Do you have a passion for seeing people grow deeper in their relationship with Christ and helping them build relationships with other Christians? You should consider leading or facilitating a Fusion group. Sign up today for our next leader training.
+ Children’s Ministry
Want to jump into an exciting, creative, child-friendly environment…helping children explore the truth of God’s Word while teaching them to apply it to their daily lives? Then Kidztown is the place for you. We have opportunities for you to interact directly with kids or behind-the-scenes.

Want to get involved with the most exciting thing happening at Bay Community? Every Wednesday night hundreds of students pack out our facility in search of more of God. We have opportunities for you to get involved directly with the students or behind-the-scenes.
