The Bible defines freedom, not as the absence of something, but as the Presence of Someone. “Freedom” is the ability to respond fully to God out of who He created and redeemed you to be. Many Christians still live with core lies, soul wounds, demonic oppression, life patterns and other obstacles that can stand in the way of the life of freedom Jesus has made available to every believer.
Freedom is designed to help you learn to hear & respond to God’s voice.
We’ll help you identify and remove those things that are currently hindering your growth, enter the life you were made for, discover your identity in Christ, and learn how to be an influence in the lives of others.
Freedom is broken down into 2 areas:
1. Foundations of Freedom
Our five foundational classes collectively lay a foundation for understanding God’s plan and His provision for you to obtain freedom. By learning who God created you to be and His purpose for your life, you will find freedom.
Freedom Foundations begins again Monday, 4-7-14 at the Malbis Campus & Tuesday, 4-8-14 at the Mobile Campus. Online registration coming soon!
Registration for this class is required, & space is limited.
Couples (married or otherwise) must attend Foundations separately.
Childcare is NOT provided.
2. Topical Classes
These classes impart biblical truth in specific areas where people commonly seek freedom. Each topical class ends with a time of ministry, relevant to a specific topic to help you find and maintain freedom.
Topicals classes will be held at 6:30p
Bondage of the Will/Dying to Self
God wants your selfish will to die so He can fill you with the new life of the spirit of Christ!
One of the foundational keys of our Christian walk is forgiveness. In this class you'll learn what forgiveness is and what it is not. Most importantly, you will be given an opportunity to be set free from the stronghold of unforgiveness.
Anger OR Fear
Have you ever found yourself wondering:
•Can I set limits and still be a loving person?
•How do I answer someone who wants my time, love, energy or money?
•Why do I feel guilty when I consider setting boundaries?
Christians often focus so much on being loving and giving that they forget their own limits and limitations. This topical will provide Godly and Biblical principles we can apply to our daily lives in the area of boundaries so that we can walk in Freedom!
You must complete all Foundations classes before attending Topicals. Keep checking back for the teachings we're offering!
It is required that couples (married or otherwise) attend Freedom Class separately.
Childcare is NOT provided.
